40/5000 Fine particles produced by the stove

This master thesis deals with problematics of fine particles produced during combustion in fireplace stoves. The theoretical part is focused on the analysis of the atmosphere, health consequences, solid pollutants, the formation of particles (origin), particle separation and how they are regulated by laws. Theoretical section of the thesis addresses analysis of biomass and its combustion. In the applied section are listed given methods of the particles measuring according to regulations, common errors during measurement and methods of identification of measured fine particles. Then follow specific measurements of the formed very fine particles produced by the SMPS method. Subsequently, the results of the measurement are evaluated and summarized in the conclusion.
Dry flue gas loss of fireplace stove reduction

This bachelor thesis deals with the reduction of chimney heat loss of a fireplace stove with waste heat recovery. The results are the design of a functional heat exchanger and the calculation of the heat output. The heat exchanger must be designed for specific fireplace stove existing in a real living room and with realistic parameters. Technical documentation of the fireplace stove and a drawing of the heat exchanger are included in this thesis. Calculations of the reduction of chimney heat loss using the heat exchanger on a chimney are included in the conclusions. The advantages and disadvantages provided by using the heat exchanger are discussed.

The main idea is to work with unusual material. The concept is build on simple design and function. The thesis is composed of current market trends, design process and technical parameters.
Hotel type building heating gas and alternative media source

The first part describes the detailed description and analysis of heat sources proposed in the third part, which are gas-fired condensing boilers, fireplaces and stoves. Biomass heating options

This bachelor thesis is divided into five main parts. The first part divides stoves according to the type of grate, material, trasmission of heat and combustion of gasses. The second part deals with the ČSN EN 13 240 norm. The following parts discuss measurement points and the devices used for measuring and test fuel. The last part deals with the collected data, the results drawn from these data and the efficiency calculation.
Proposal for a stove fire

Abstract The diploma thesis is divided into five main parts. First part deals with wood as a firing in term of its composition, emissions of carbon dioxide and its properties. The second part describes the calculation of a stove fire, especially stoichiometry of firing, temperature of uncooled flame and area of combustion chamber. The third part focuses on the proposal for a stove fire in connection with comparative criteria of the fireplace, shape of the combustion chamber and the tertiary air jet. The fifth part describes a manufacturing of the stove fire in the work-room at VUT Brno. The major part of the diploma work pays attention to the measuring of stove fire parameters for the effectivity calculation, measuring section of combustion gas and measurement evaluation with stove fire constructional modifications

Fine particles emitted from a heat source into the indoor environment

This bachelor's thesis deals with fine particles emitted to indoor space during combustion in fireplace stowes. The beginning of work is focused on the description of biomass and its combustion. In the following part the pollutants, which are produced by combustion of bio-mass are mentioned, and last but not least is attention focused on current air quality in Czech Republic methods of measure of solid pollutants and measuring equipment. Calculation of concentration is closely described in the experimental part, and then the data, which was measured on different modes of operations of fireplace stowes, is presented.
Design of fireplace type stoves

This bachelor`s thesis concerns with a design project of contemporary woodburning stove intended to burn solid fuels especially wood based fuels. It aims to advantages of home heating and tries to analyse dilemma of heating devices from historical, technical and design point of view. The outcome of this thesis is simple, modern and shape-interesting project of the stove which in the same time leaves traditional character to the stove. The study contains text part, 3D model, summary poster and real prototype of the stove.
